Computer Science Small Grants – Call for Applications

The LMS is offering small grants of up to £1,000 to foster collaborative research at the exciting intersection of Mathematics and Computer Science.
These grants support visits for collaborative research projects, enabling either you (the grant holder) to visit another institution within the UK or abroad, or a named mathematician from the UK or abroad to visit your home base. The focus is on specific, collaborative projects with named individuals.

Save the date - Christopher Zeeman Medal Lecture with Brady Haran
The 2024 IMA-LMS Christopher Zeeman Award Lecture will be given by Brady Haran on 7 May 2025 at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG.
Booking for this event will be open on 24 March 2025. Further details, including the theme of Brady's Lecture, will be available in the April issue of Mathematics Today and subsequently announced on the LMS website and across our social media.
